Chef Kenny’s culinary journey ignited beside Grandma Betty, as he watched her lovingly fry potato latkes for Hanukkah. This humble beginning fueled his passion for food, propelling him to pursue his dreams at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he graduated among the top ten of his class.
Following his graduation, Chef Kenny ventured to Seattle, Washington, where he continued to refine his skills under the mentorship of the renowned Northern California Chef Mark Stark. The culinary world beckoned him to Hollywood, California, where he embarked on an exciting adventure in motion-picture catering, serving on the sets of iconic films like Titanic and Independence Day.
With a thirst for fresh experiences, Chef Kenny found himself drawn to the picturesque landscapes of Boulder, Colorado. There, he embraced the organic farm movement, founding the highly acclaimed catering and event company, Chefs By Request, Inc., which thrived for six rewarding years.
A well-deserved vacation brought him to the enchanting shores of Turks and Caicos, where love found him in the form of his future wife, the beautiful Inna, who would become the love of his life.
