Chef Kenny Weintraub is the most innovative chef I have ever met.  Chef was the main star at my wife’s birthday party.  He started off with some delicious appetizers: MACADAMIA NUT HUMMUS Chips & Veggie Sticks, CITRUS CUMIN GARLIC MARINATED GRILLED JUMBO SHRIMP COCKTAIL and POMEGRANATE DUCK WRAPS) that captivated everyone’s attention.   He wowed us with his many other dishes like WILD MUSHROOM & GOAT CHEESE PIZZETTAS, EGGPLANT & ROASTED TRI-COLOR PEPPER PIZZETTAS and then laid the boom down all over our palates with a Sliced Rib eye with homemade chipotle barbecue sauce. I can go on for days about the professionalism and talent that this chef has shown to me personally.  I have also referred him out to many other people and they all feel the same way.  I am available as a reference upon request.

Kenny was very prompt in getting back to me and providing a quote. He was willing and excited to try a main dish he hadn't made before. All of the courses were delicious in their own right. Our favorite was the peach pizza. On point. He provided us a few little surprises along the way, which were very thoughtful. If you're lucky enough for him to make his homemade brownies, it was probably the best brownie we've ever had. He brought along bartender Kyle and they kept the food flowing, drinks flowing, and dishes cleaned. It was all well timed. I would definitely recommend him for your next dinner party.
